CBDshopMD.com cares about what happens to your package. Because of this, we purchase delivery confirmation on all First Class Mail shipments sent via USPS. Most vaporizers and larger items sent with FedEx will already have this information, and CBDshopMD.com can adequately track this with no specialty needs. Your order confirmation will be sent to the email address used to make the order as soon as our warehouse has packed your shipment up.
A signature is required for orders $200 and greater. An adult signature requirement is available upon request.

**Note that if your tracking information states “Not Found,” please allow until 7:00 pm EST for it to update on the tracking website (USPS, FedEx, or UPS). Tracking information will update on the website once the package is picked up by the courier.
It is no one’s business what you order online. All CBDshopMD.com orders will be shipped in plain, unmarked packaging. The return label on your package will state “Shipping Department,” along with our address.
